Description

Erhardt Construction had four objectives in mind when designing their new office - matching an existing cast-in-place building, providing energy efficiency, ensuring the ability of future vertical  expansion, and meeting a tough construction schedule. All of these factors led Erhardt to Kerkstra Precast.

“We selected Kerkstra Precast and their prefabricated KEEP Panel System for our building addition. It offered the best solution to meet all of our challenges. Kerkstra worked closely with us to provide the exact match to our existing cast-in-place concrete walls, capturing all of the design details and color,” Joe Erhardt, President - Erhardt Construction.

This project included just over 3000sqft of insulated composite wall panels and just over 3000sqft of 12” hollowcore roof plank. The walls and roof were erected in less than 5 days, exceeding the expectations of the customer.
