The goal was to provide an attractive and durable exterior facade that would be economical and quick to build, as well as keep outside noise from disturbing the auditoriums. DecoBrik was chosen as the main facade material because of its speed and ease of construction. The single wythe masonry product acted as the structural bearing walls. The bottom third of the walls used standard block with a thin stone veneer.
