This project is the restoration of a historic 1885 masonry commercial building in a newly revived cultural and shopping district in Des Moines, Iowa. The project consists of two phases: reconstruction of the north and south historical facades, storefront and roof; and interior construction of a 3960-sq-ft restaurant on the lower and street levels.
