The 5100-sq-ft three level villa has oversized "Soulard" brick with tumbled dimensional Cottonwood stone on all sides. An interesting private entrance gate was constructed that has a 1500-lb stone decorative top piece. A structural brick and stone curved retaining wall was built with cut stone caps and wrought iron fencing.
