Bellwether Harbor’s mission is to match trained pets with humans and create strong bonds. Muskegon Construction Company partnered with Tower Pinkster Titus to address the special design requirements of a facility that both animals and humans would occupy. The goal was to create a facility that was more like a home than a kennel.
