Description

Attempting to maximize the use of its site, the owner chose to add a retail lease space adjacent to its new restaurant. Omega Architects was charged with designing an attached retail building that coordinated well with the new "Wing Street" Pizza Hut design scheme, while having its own identity so that the building does not appear to be one large restaurant. Omega Architects will provide all complete construction documents and build-out drawings for the Pizza Hut and the retail building.
