Description

The proposed two story office building will be located on the highly visible corner of Chicago Drive and Wilson Avenue in downtown Grandville, Michigan. When completed, Omega Architects will will occupy approximately 75% of the second floor. The remainder of the lower floor can accommodate either business use or various retail establishments. The building utilizes traditional materials, such as brick, stone, metal canopies, decorative lighting, and operable windows, to provide for a more contemporary design that will surely enhance the street scape of Grandville. Tenant spaces can be accessed from the Chicago Drive-side from the parking lot in the rear of the building.
