Description

This 4,000 sf office building was designed to house the owner's 2,500 sf dental office suite and allow for a 1,500 sf lease space that would serve as future expansion space for the dental office. The building is located on a quiet feeder street located between a busy thoroughfare and an up-scale residential neighborhood. The building's exterior design, consisting of steep sloping shingled roofs, brick veneer, and lushly landscaped grounds, allows the building to settle unassumingly into its neighborhood suburban environment.
