Description
This project involved the historical renovation of an existing funeral parlor, daycare center and car repair shop into a pub/restaurant and full manufacturing brewery. The interior features limestone archways, walnut booths and a dramatic arched-shape bar which is complemented by a stained glass window rising behind it. Oak paneled columns and a vaulted ceiling with exposed trusses complete the look. A connected barrel-roofed building that once housed a car repair shop contains the brewery. The Euro-styled beer garden offers outdoor service during warmer months. The project is seeking LEED Silver certification.
