Description
Orion Construction finalized the complete historical renovation of the Flat Iron Building in downtown Grand Rapids. This project involved cleaning, tuck-pointing and painting the brick exterior, new windows, all new store fronts and a new roofing system. All new plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical systems were installed, along with a high-speed elevator. The interior was made ready for future tenants.
This project was built to sustainable standards and will be LEED certified.
