Description

O-A-K renovated the former American Pioneer Savings and Loan on College Parkway to the Lee County corporate offices of Northern Trust Bank.

The project involved a complete interior gutting of the existing bank, leaving only stairwells, vault, and elevator in place.  Strutural work included in-filling an original second floor opening to add more square footage and correction of multiple areas of poor workmanship in the original structure.  The building was completely re-roofed, received and entirely new facade, and was expanded approximately 1000 sq. ft. to accommodate added executive offices.
