Description

Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. performed a complete interior renovation on all four floors of Alticor's "Building 78" that houses departments such as Human Relations, Legal and Global Sales and Marketing.
 
Construction Features:

·     New ceiling grid and ceiling tiles were installed

·     Wall finishes (wall covering and painted walls) were all redone with new wall coverings

·     New floorings were installed.  In corridors and open office areas Interface Carpet Tiles were installed and in individual and priveate offices Broadloom Carpet was installed. 

·     Metal stud/drywall walls were installed as designed for the new office layout

·     Parabolic 2x4 troffers were removed and new Finelite Linear Indirect/Direct lights were installed in open office areas and new volumetric  indirect/direct 2x4 troffers were installed in private offices

·     New sheet metal duct system was installed along with new VAV boxes in order to accommodate new office layout.

·     Windows were removed from the fourth floor and new aluminum windows were installed throughout the whole floor.
