Description

We were asked to assist the Parish in the development of a long-range growth program. This program was the foundation of the first phase of the project, which was the development of a long-range Master Plan and spatial use analysis of every building and service at the site.

The church, school and rectory were all reviewed and a budget was established for the various components of the Master Plan so the work could be prioritized and undertaken in a scheduled manner. The budget process, along with graphic materials depicting the scope of work, assisted in the fund-raising campaign.

The Master Plan concluded a need for a new school building and general church expansion and new athletic/multipurpose space. The project included site studies showing new building locations and relationshiips.

Phase One has been completed and includes a new 21,000 sq. ft. Family Center/Gymnasium, multi-level entries, team rooms, performing stage and a full-service kitchen.
