Description

When the Kent County Humane Society approached Pioneer with their project, the design had been well developed, but they were significantly over budget expectations. Pioneer's design department, led by Mike Bouman, redeveloped the plans to meet project budget requirements. The resulting facility not only met the owner's expectations for program requirements, it also was architecturally pleasing and completed within budget and on schedule.
