In an effort to consolidate three area facilities, Workstage renovated this 95-year-old building for Custer Office Environments, an office furniture and accessories provider. The facility underwent both interior and exterior renovations for conversion into offices, a showroom, storage areas and possible lease space. With the renovations, the space accommodates Custer's 64 employees encouraging collaboration throughout their organization.
