Description
Stephenson Engineering was retained to perform a balcony repair at 2808 Keele Street. The balconies at the above noted property presented deteriorated concrete and a deteriorated railing system. The structure of the balconies comprised of a cantilevered concrete slab supported by a concrete beam.
Stephenson Engineering also prepared specifications and drawings and provided contract administration services for the required remedial work.
