Description

Thirty-Eight is a public/private joint venture that includes an 8 story mixed-use mid-rise commercial and residential building combined with a 380 space public parking structure. The commercial building is a post-tensioned concrete structure with glass curtainwalls and architectural metal panels. The residential building is a post-tensioned concrete structure with brick veneer. It has retail store-fronts on the street level, 5 stories of luxury apartments and 2 stories of luxury condominiums. The parking deck is pre-cast concrete.
