Description

The Herman Miller C1 building is the first LEED Gold Level certified project in the State of Michigan. Existing space on the current campus was utilized for the renovation project, adapting it to company’s changing needs.

The 16,800 square foot area was completely gutted and renovated. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were upgraded. A replacement roof that meets LEED standards was installed. Materials utilized during construction included low VOC, recycled products and a 500 mile procurement radius.
