Description

The Madison Square Apartment project consists of a senior building remains occupied during renovation. The 45,700 sq ft renovation involves a complete remodel of the existing building and 20,100 sq ft additions on the north, south and east sides of the building.

The exterior renovation consists of the replacement of roofs, siding and windows as well as addition of new porches and garages. A complete interior renovation will include drywall, paint, flooring, appliances, cabinets and mechanical systems.

Together with the additions, the apartment complex will provide sixty housing units. This project will be LEED Certified when complete.

We successfully complied with meeting all Section 3 requirements.
