Description

This project involved a retrofit of a Big Boy location into a new Brann's Sports Grille according to owner specifications. The fit out includes serving and dining areas with ceramic and carpet flooring, modified heating and cooling and a dropped ceiling with lighting. The kitchen received HVAC and electrical modifications.

The front exterior of the building was extended outward to provide additional square footage and a front entry air lock. The front facade received a new design including awnings, neon accents and vibrant signage.
