Description
The new construction of a 37,000 square foot development consisting of four two-story buildings with a total of 32 townhomes and community space. Barnett Station features 20 supportive housing units including hearing and vision impaired townhomes as well as ADA compliant townhomes. Each tenant will have access to the community room with a fireplace and a playground for families.
The $4.6 Million project utilized MSHDA financing, Federal Home Loan Bank - Indianapolis grant funds and equity investment from West Shore Bank, Huntington Bank and Great Lakes Capital Fund.
