Project includes renovation of existing high school and new additions.  New science classrooms and labs, art rooms, kitchen, serving, commons and main concourse.  Renovations of the gym, locker rooms, classrooms and auditorium.  A new power service was brought into the building undergoing a complete electrical system upgrade.  New energy efficient lighting was provided throughout and an economical lighting control system was provided.  Provided guidance of technology (communications cabling, clock system, paging system, classroom A/V systems and telephone additons) by wriiting RFPs in which several contractors were selected for the installation.

WPF Engineering provided electrical construction administration for power and lighting.  While at Design Plus Architects Amy Zeboor provided power and lighting design for the remodeling of existing Woldt residental restaurant and new construction of residence halls at Central Michigan University.   This 28,000SF renovation work was completed while maintaining access to attached residence halls.

WPF Engineering provided electrical construction administration for power and lighting design.  While at Design Plus Amy Zeboor provided power and lighting design for 5,600 SF addition and 1,150 SF remodeling project.  The existing building operations were maintainded during construction.  Construction was completed May, 2007 with total construction cost of $2,139,300.

Theis project included renovations to large lecture room, project research space and office areas.  New project and meeting/classrooms were added.  Upgrade to the main erickson hall entry plaza and canopy.

WPF Engineering provided and maintained IT documentation of communications cabling systems for owner provided cabling infrasturctur.

While employed at Design Plus Amy Zeboor of WPF Engineering provided power, lighting and technology coordination for all phases of Cooley law school project.

The nataional Dendrimer & Nanotechnology center is a state of the art wet laboratory facility.  Renovations to existing office building and addition provided 17,000 square feet of laboratory space with 15 leasable laboratory spaces and 12,000 square feet of office and conference rooms.

Emergency Generator and back up power were provided to safe guard ongoing laboratory experiments.

This project involved the relocation of the central bakery operation from Brody Hall to the Food Stores Building. The project includes 6,470 SF of remodeling of the existing vacated Food Stores space, and a 10,325 SF addition that includes the bakery, offices, freezer, locker room, loading dock, new barrier free entrance, and related site improvements. The project also included all mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as interface with the existing building. Building operations were maintained during construction. Total square footage affected by the change is 18,940 SF. The project was completed in December 2006 with a total construction cost of $4,500,000.
